1: Quick Start Needed for Large Scale Hiring

Business Challenge: A large number of white-collar workers needed to be hired over a short period of time.
RA Solution: RA quickly implemented two assessments based upon web-based, validated, pre-existing tests for specific jobs.
These tests were set-up on a dedicated company-specific web-site provided through Resource Associates which allowed 24/7 testing accessibility. .The report was automatically emailed back to several staff members of the human resource department.
Result: Within 24 hours of the decision to partner with RA, that client had a fully functional web testing site where they could assign a test to a new candidate at any time. When candidates go on the system, they see the client's logo and company name and a description of the test. After they get finished taking the test, the report is immediately emailed to the company, so HR staff was able to make immediate decisions. Time was of utmost importance, and since the client used RA’s web-based pre-existing tests, they were able to meet their aggressive hiring timetable.
