Purpose: This assessment helps you identify people who are comfortable working around children, handle frustration well, come across as easy-going and cheerful, willing to work within rules and regulations, work hard and do not seek opportunities to slack off, work well in a team, and are comfortable being around children.
Who Is It For: People who drive school buses, or whose primary responsibility to operate equipment, yet they are also responsible for managing children in their care.
About the Test: This test consists of a 142 question personality inventory. It probably takes about 20-30 minutes to complete it although this will vary from person to person because it is untimed.
What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
