Purpose: This assessment includes a basic set of personality measures from which a Career Development Report is produced. It can be used for employee professional growth and development. Supervisors can use it as a tool for coaching purposes. Trainers can use it as a tool for interactive workshops to simulate discussion about the impact of personality on workplace behavior. Career Coaches can use it to generate ideas for alternative job options within a given career or brainstorming for divergent career options. Note: We have a separate Career Development Report for people in leadership positions.
About the Test: This test consists of a 96 question personality inventory, which probably takes around 30-40 minutes, although it will vary from person to person because it is untimed.
What the Report Gives You: The Career Development Report gives many insights for the various personality dimensions on Strengths, Weaknesses, Best and Worst Job Fit, and Suggestions for Development.
Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
Options: Contact us to learn how we can customize the test content, or the way information is presented in the report to meet your specifications. We can also help you validate an assessment for your workforce or establish company-specific scoring.
