Child Care Worker / Camp Counselor

Purpose: This assessment helps you identify people who are comfortable working around children, handle frustration well, come across as easy-going and cheerful, willing to work within rules and regulations, work hard and do not seek opportunities to slack off, work well in a team, and are comfortable around children.

Who Is It For:
Staff at summer camps / day camps, nurseries, day care centers, youth organization volunteers, babysitters, school volunteers, Sunday School teachers, etc.

About the Test:
This test consists of a 142 question personality inventory. It probably takes about 20-30 minutes to complete it although this will vary from person to person because it is untimed. Note: If you want a similar test that includes aptitude, please see the “4-H Worker / Scout Leader” assessment.

What the Report Gives You:
Graphical display of scores, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:
Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
