Purpose: This assessment helps you identify people who can work with the public to handle a variety of customer interactions, present a positive image of your company in public, display cheerful, upbeat attitudes, enjoy working with people all day, work hard, and coordinate well with other staff.
About the Test: This test consists of a 103 question personality inventory -- no aptitude. Note: If you want to include aptitude, look at our Hospitality II assessment. This test takes about 30 minutes although it will vary from person to person because it is untimed.
What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores and Suggested Interview Questions.
Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
