Senior Services Worker Test

Purpose: This assessment helps you identify people who can operate independently, willing to follow your rules and procedures, who are customer oriented, interpersonally sensitive and empathetic, caring and nurturing, cheerful and positive, hard working, and dependable. This test also includes a math and reading component to test elementary literacy skills.

About the Test: This test consists of 144 question personality inventory, so it should take about 45 minutes to complete although it will vary from person to person because it is untimed.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of personality scores, scores on Math and Reading tests, and Suggested Interview Questions.

Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
