Buyer Test

Cut costs, save money by pre-employment testing of new buyers.

Pre-Employment Test

Purpose: Your business needs buyers who can save you money. Period. It’s as easy as that – buy low, sell high. So when you are hiring for buyer positions, you need candidates good at working with a lot of detailed figures and administrative tasks; who can deal with vendors either by phone or in person so that positive relationships can be built, and who are hard-nosed and firm about getting the best deal possible for the company. These buyer qualifications are key. Using the Buyer Test ensures you hire buyers with the right abilities and personality for the job.

About the Test: The Buyer Test will take most individuals about 45-60 minutes to complete although it will vary from person to person because both components are untimed. This test battery has two parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • An untimed test of general cognitive aptitude (insludes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning.)

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.

Options: Contact us to learn how we can customize the test content for your hiring process or the way information is presented in the report to meet your specifications.
