Pre-employment Test Solutions for Consultants

Resource Associates is pleased to work with experienced HR & management consultants who regularly use pre-employment testing as part of their consulting practice. Consultants can easily implement our tests into their clients hiring process to reduce absenteeism and turnover; identify positive traits like loyalty; improve job performance and overall productivity.

RA’s wide test selection, impeccable credentials in industrial and organizational psychology, and easy online testing is just what your clients need to answer their hiring challenges. We have administered more than 1.7 million tests in over 25 years.

Any practitioner, regardless of the amount of tests or how they use testing in their practice, may sell tests through Resource Associates at a 30% discount, payable on a monthly basis. However, it is important that seasoned consultants produce a level of sales to warrant customizing the RA system and test deliverable.

Requirements for the Resource Associates Program

Resource Associates provides significant up-front support for our consultants. To that end, we require consultants using our tests to meet certain sales goals. You must meet the following pre-determined criteria before you are accepted into our program. Those requirements include:

  1. You must be the full-time owner(s), principle(s) or partner(s) in your own consulting firm.
  2. The consulting firm must have been in full-time practice for five (5) years or longer.
  3. The consulting firm must use pre-employment assessments in a minimum of 50% of their consulting engagements.
  4. You must utilize more than 100 pre-employment assessments during a calendar year.

Details of the Resource Associates Consultants Program

We will work with you in the following ways:

  1. Resource Associates will custom build pre-employment assessments based on the attributes your clients are trying to hire for. This is a complimentary service as long as these custom assessments can be built from the modules that currently exist within RA’s arsenal. There will be a charge if RA must create new assessments that include new research, new validation studies, or other such work that is unique to you or your client.
  2. You may custom brand your assessments at no charge using the functions within our web portal. Customizable fields include adding your own logo, color scheme, and contact information. If you desire a uniquely-designed report cover to match your brand elements, RA can create these at an additional charg.
  3. RA will authorize branded testing websites for you at no charge through the web portal.
  4. You will receive wholesale pricing for assessments purchased under your consultant number (a code that is unique to you, which identifies all purchases that are driven as a result of your efforts).
    1. While we will establish recommended pricing, and you should be aware that our retail pricing will be readily accessible on the RA retail website, you may charge whatever you choose.
  5. Access to an organizational or industrial psychologist on staff to assist with identifying selection criteria for your clients.
  6. Resource Associates will offer co-marketing funds to you for marketing pre-employment testing (restrictions apply; currently in development). Such co-marketing may include custom-branded catalogs, professional brochures, rental of trade show equipment, and provisioning of qualified leads.
