How It Works

Step 1:

Find a test that matches your open position. Search by job title or category right from our homepage. Can’t find a test specifically for your job? Try the Personal Style Inventory (PSI), which applies for almost any job role.

If you want something more specific, contact Resource Associates to develop a custom personality test for you.

Step 2:

Once you find the test you need, hit “Add to Cart”. From here, you can checkout to finish purchasing your test, or continue browsing our products for more tests. Prices range from $15-$75 per test, per candidate. No minimums, subscriptions or contracts required.

Step 3:

After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with your candidate’s usernames, passcodes and login instructions.

Step 4:

Provide your candidate with the username, passcode & instructions for how to begin the test. They’ll login to the testing site
assessment.resourceassociates.com and they’re on their way!

Step 5:

Minutes after your candidate completes their test, you’ll get an email with the test results report. Depending on the test taken, the information may include:
