The Leadership Potential Tests for Managers and Individual Contributors provides tactical information about your team members for use in succession planning, placement and promotions. These tests can be used for either current employees or new hires to give you feedback about their strengths and weaknesses within the context of leadership and managerial abilities. The reports are informative and developmental–rather than evaluative–so they can be shared with candidates as well as hiring managers.

When To Use It

The Leadership Potential tests should be used to hire or place workers who possess traits that the most successful managers have, such as confidence, stress tolerance, work ethic and strong and persuasive interpersonal communication abilities.
