Purpose: The Front Office Manager test measures behaviors and abilities associated with effective interpersonal interaction and multi-tasking in a cross-functional office administration role. Their job tasks are varied to include communication, computer and clerical duties, while managing projects and meeting deadlines.

About the Test: The test contains:
- An untimed general cognitive aptitude test which assesses a candidate’s ability to problem solve and think critically
- 14 personality dimensions assessing important and functional traits for the job
This test takes most candidates approximately 45-60 minutes to complete.
