Purpose: RA’s Psychometric Personality Test is an all-purpose test for use in a variety of industries and work settings.
When to use it: Use this test when you are seeking hard-working, friendly employees who enjoy working with people and can be counted on for dependable and trustworthy behavior on the job. This test is appropriate for hiring temporary or permanent, full time or part time workers.
About the Test: The test contains 97 questions and will take most job candidates 20-30 minutes to complete.
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of trait scores, a list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing can be done from any device with a reliable internet connection. The use of mobile phones is discouraged. Test results are provided immediately.
