Retail Store Sales – Commission Based Test
Find commission-based retail store sales associates who will blow past monthly sales goals.
Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
The Retail Commission Sales Test will identify intelligent and money-motivated candidates with sales skills, self-confidence, a customer service attitude, and the willingness to go the extra mile to reach sales goals. Best-fit candidates will learn quicklyeffectively deal with difficult customers, and be motivated to work irregular hours or weekend and holiday shifts.
About This Test:
This test will take most candidates approximately 35-45 miinutes. It consists of 3 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- A 10-minute timed Cashier Math Test
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
