Purpose:
Hiring senior care / senior services workers for your senior care facility or at-home care business? Know who your candidates with our personality and aptitude test. The Senior Services Worker Test identifies people who can operate independently, are willing to follow your rules and procedures, and are customer oriented, empathetic, caring and nurturing, positive, hard working, and dependable. This test also includes a math and reading component to test elementary literacy skills.
About This Test:
This test will take most candidates approximately 35-40 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed Cognitive Skills Test – Basic Reading & Math
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
