Purpose: RA’s Training Coordinator Test screens for best-fit employees who will be responsible for designing, planning and presenting skills training, development programs and orientation classes to your organization’s new hires or existing employees.
When to use it: The Training Coordinator Test should be used to hire workers with excellent interpersonal and communications skills who are also detail-minded, customer-oriented and open to new ideas. They should also be capable of working equally well alone or in groups.
About the Test:
- Includes an untimed, three-part test of general mental ability
- 16 personality dimensions assessing important and functional traits for the job
- This test will take most applicants 60-75 minutes to complete.
