Pre-Employment Test

Purpose: This online aptitude and personality test goes above and beyond helping you find truck driver candidates that meet your minimum requirements for the position.  Learn all about the person you are about to hire. Will they have your company’s best interests in mind?  Are they professional & reliable?  Are they level-headed and apt to handle emergency situations with care?  Are they safe, alert, and timely?  Find the right truck driver to add to your team, one that will last, and elevate the way you do business.

Some other attributes you’ll find in the test report include: Identifying that your truck driver candidate will follow rules and policies; is organized and detailed; handles frustration and obligations reasonably; and stays on the job at least a few years. In addition, the test will provide some information on math skills related to delivering products, and mechanical reasoning aptitude to ensure you have an experienced, well-rounded candidate.

About this Test: This test should take 50 -60 minutes to complete. It consists of three parts:

• An untimed personality test
• An untimed math test for truck drivers with basic arithmetic problems (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) and word problems using simple math for work-related situations
• A 20-minute timed mechanical reasoning test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered, explanation of aptitude results, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
